I am currently in my last year of international high school, and I have to say that working with LQF has been an absolute game-changer for me. I am a neurolinguist, studying neuroscience and researching speech in the brain at the Center for Language and Brain, HSE University. For 11 years in school and 4 years at university, I diligently completed all grammar exercises, reading, and text retelling, but this was not enough for fluency in the language and, most importantly, to overcome the fear of making mistakes in spoken language. The uniqueness of these lessons lies in the fact that the learning process takes place in an oral format. Only after a topic is mastered aurally do we read texts, discuss them, write our own, and thus acquire the skill of perceiving and producing not only spoken but also written language. Moreover, the lessons have a very pleasant, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere. We learn more and more about each other, and all of this in French! The language teaching method at « Le Quartier francophone » school is one of the best and most effective that I have encountered. I highly recommend it!
